the introduction:

The Science Path Academy is keen to support learners and provide a stimulating learning environment by providing quick and accurate answers to their inquiries, in addition to providing constructive feedback that helps them improve their educational level. This mechanism aims to establish clear steps for communicating with learners and responding to their educational needs.

Objectives:

· Providing effective and easy communication channels between learners and teachers.

· Provide accurate and timely responses to learners’ inquiries.

· Providing constructive feedback to learners to enhance performance and achieve learning objectives.

Steps and mechanisms for answering learners’ inquiries:

Available communication channels:

- Providing multiple channels for communication such as email, e-learning platforms, educational forums, and conversations via WhatsApp groups for lessons.

· Procedures for responding to inquiries:

- Inquiries are classified into categories (academic, technical, administrative) to be directed to the relevant authority.

- Respond to academic inquiries within a maximum of 24 working hours.

- Providing technical support and responding to technical inquiries within 12 working hours.

· Providing feedback:

- Provide constructive feedback after each test or assessment, highlighting strengths and weaknesses.

- Conduct individual counselling sessions for learners who need additional support.

· Response quality assessment:

- Sending periodic questionnaires to learners to measure their satisfaction with the speed and quality of response.

- Analyze survey results and take corrective actions to improve service quality.

Continuous communication:

- Organizing periodic “Question and Answer” (Q&A) sessions via e-learning platforms to exchange ideas and answer learners’ inquiries.

- Provide an educational forum where learners can ask questions and share knowledge.


Review and update:

This mechanism is reviewed and updated annually based on learner feedback and assessment results to ensure the best level of academic and technical support is provided.
