Refund Policy

Science Path Academy Refund Policy


At Path of Knowledge Academy, we are keen to provide the best educational services, and we understand that circumstances may change at times. Therefore, we provide a flexible refund policy that allows students to recover the amounts paid according to the following criteria:


1. **Full Refund**

- The student is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid if the cancellation is requested before **14 days** of the lesson start date.

- The refund request must be submitted via the official email or through the user account on the Academy’s website.


2. **Partial refund**

- If the cancellation request is submitted **7 days** before the start date of the lesson, the student is entitled to a **partial refund**. A certain percentage of the amount paid is deducted based on administrative or operational costs.

- After this period, the student is not entitled to claim any refund.


3. **Refund Policy After Starting the Tutorial**

- Once the course has started, no refunds are available except in cases of force majeure such as emergency health conditions or circumstances beyond one's control. Official evidence must be provided to support these requests.



4. **Procedures**

- Refund requests are reviewed and processed within **7 business days** from the date of submission. The amount is refunded to the same method used for payment.


5. **Modifications**

The Academy reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time, and students will be notified of any changes via email or website.
