· Platform Manager:

- Making administrative decisions and implementing policies and procedures.
· Educational lessons coordinator:
- Planning and organizing study schedules and educational lessons.
- Coordinating with trainers to ensure the availability of educational content and sessions.
- Follow up on updates and changes in educational lessons.
Human Resources Officer:
- Recruiting and training new human resources.
- Monitoring employee performance and providing the necessary support for their development.
- Management of contracts, vacations and salaries.
Marketing and Public Relations Officer:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more students.
- Managing marketing campaigns through social media and digital platforms.
- Communicate with partners and stakeholders to enhance partnerships.
Technical Support Officer:
- Providing technical support to users and beneficiaries of the platform.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
